Summit Schedule Overview

MSES27 will feature multi-day educational programming, networking opportunities, operational workshops, and keynote discussions focused on municipal special events and the experience economy.

Monday - February 15, 2027 

President's Day Holiday - Academy Arrivals 

Overview

No official MSES27 summit programming is scheduled for Monday. Academy participants are encouraged to arrive in preparation for Tuesday instructional programming.

Academy participants are encouraged to arrive Monday in preparation for Tuesday morning instructional programming and Academy activities.

Tuesday - February 16, 2027

Game Day Academy / Summit Arrivals

Overview

Optional pre-summit Academy featuring full-day classroom instruction led by municipal subject matter experts.

Tuesday Includes

  • Optional full-day Game Day Academy

  • Breakfast and boxed lunch provided (Registered academy students only)

  • Summit attendee arrivals

  • Summit check-in opens Tuesday afternoon

  • Evening networking reception

Summit Arrival Planning

General summit attendees should plan to arrive Tuesday morning or early afternoon to allow time for hotel check-in, summit registration, and evening networking activities. Standard hotel check-in times are expected to begin at approximately 4:00 PM.

Wednesday - February 17, 2027

Summit Day 1 - Full Summit Programming

Overview

Wednesday marks the official opening of full MSES27 summit programming, including keynote presentations, multi-track educational sessions, operational discussions, and networking opportunities for municipal professionals from across the country.
